About the Class
Heirloom Quilts made Easy! Make this table topper with Easy-Piecing Grid. The Bowtie is a wonderful pattern with so many different layout possibilities! You may want to keep going for a whole quilt!
Dave’s Bernina will be providing 735/770 Bernina machines, 1/4” foot, stitch plate, bobbin and bobbin fill and needles
Fabric Requirements
CUT 2.5” squares. See directions below to prepare the pieced square. There will be a demo in class if you want to wait.
For the pieced squares: Draw a diagonal line from corner to corner on the wrong side of the small square. With right sides together, place the small square in the top corner of the large square. Stitch along the diagonal line using a slightly tighter stitch length. Trim the extra fabric, leaving a ¼” seam allowance.
