Pre-class cutting: You should try to have all your fabrics cut and labeled before class.

Fabric Requirements

1” finished: 42” x 54” (Cut 1.5” squares) 
1.5” finished: 63” x 81” (Cut 2” squares) 
2” finished: 94” x 108” (Cut 2.5” squares) 
HALF inch finished (Cut 1” squares) takes 5 panels: 21” x 27”
** Quilt fabric is laid out in pattern

Class Supply List

Sewing Machine with neutral Thread
Basic Sewing Kit (scissors, seam ripper, pins, pencil)
Travel size iron and small pressing surface,
3  Elmer’s washable school glue sticks or Sewline glue pens (I prefer the white that dries clear).

Carmen Geddes

Carmen Geddes brings her love of quilting
and people together for a fun day of

She has taught at many quilt shows around
the country including Houston Quilt Festival
and Road to California.
Her quilts have been featured in Fons and
Porter Scrappy Quilts and Love of Quilting,
Quilter's Newsletter, and McCall's Quilting
and Embroidery magazines.
She has developed the Tensisters Piping Tool
and Tensisters Easy Piecing Grid. She is
author and publisher of four companion
books, “Ten Quilts for Ten Sisters”, """"""""Quilts for
Kids"""""""", “Seven Brothers Block Party”, and
“Around the Block Quilts”.
She has five children, twelve grandchildren
and resides in Spanish Fork, Utah with her
husband Patrick.
