Class Kit
Basic Class Kit: $30 (includes: 17 1/2" x 17 1/2" prepped wooden star, pattern, and sand paper.
All Inclusive Kit: $45 (includes: 17 1/2" x 17 1/2" prepped wooden star, pattern, all paint colors, stain, foam brushs, graphite paper, tape, sand paper, and all other small items needed to create a stunning barn quilt)

About the Class
Have you every wanted to paint your own Barn Star, but have been intimidated with how to trace it out and color placement? This class has made complicated designs easy! You can use the colors provided in your kit, or bring your own! Pick the background color too and we will show you the best way to get the most amazing results. Come have fun with us and learn how to make a masterpiece! You can finish a 17 1/2" star in 3 hours. This class is for everyone and each star is different than the one before. Choose from 3 patterns.

I have been doing wood crafts since we were newly married to beautify our home. I have been sewing and crafting for almost 50 years. My first love has been sewing! I love a challenge and learning new things.
I have been teaching others how to make their own creations and taking classes to learn fun, new techniques for years.
My amazing husband, Dwayne and I have been married for 35 years and he is my biggest support and enabler. We have 3 children, two sons 27 (married for almost 7 years now) and 21 and my mini-me who is 18. We love to spend time together camping, cruising, and playing Pickleball.
I'm excited to say that Dwayne is going to help teach this fun class since he has been making them with me for years! It's sure to be an exciting and fun time!
I have been the Event Coordinator for Sew Simply Stitched for 7 years now and he has been with me since the very beginning and loves it almost as much as I do! We are so excited that you are joining us!
