Class Kit
Mandatory Kit is $20 and will need to be paid to instructor prior to class.
Kit includes: Canvas, use of instructors easels, paints, brushes, palettes and everything you need to create a painting similar to sample.

About the Class
Have you ever wanted to join a Paint Party? Now’s your chance! Take a break from your sewing machine and discover a fun new technique– painting with acrylics. Melanie will guide you step by step in creating a beautiful tropical beach scene, complete with palm trees and a quilt hanging between them. Nothing brings our cruise theme to life quite like a piece of art you’ve created yourself! You will leave class with a one-of-a-kind 16” X 20” canvas, uniquely yours, to remember the fun of quilting and cruising. All supplies are included in your class kit– just bring your creativity and get ready to paint!

My name is Melanie Cook. I have owned and operated a paint studio in Vernal for 8 years. I started with a passion for watercolor over 10 years ago, then transitioned to teaching acrylic paint nights. I love teaching people new techniques and skills that help them develop a new talent or hobby. When I'm not painting, you can find me outside. I enjoy spending time with my husband, three beautiful children and my grandson. I love gardening, golfing, spending the day on the lake, riding our RZR, fishing, and camping.
